Maleeva Tennis Club is proud to announce the opening of its own Academy

The Academy will develop the competitive abilities of boys and girls 10 years or older.

Starting day – April 4, 2016.

The main goal of our Academy is to share the experience of its founders – the legendary Maleeva sisters, so that tennis talents could develop their potential in a proper environment.

“The Maleeva Way” – we developed a special methodology, based on a quarter of a century professional experience.

The focus is on the all – round player development as athletes and good citizens with all-round skills in sports, physical conditioning, psychology, moral and ethics.

The axis of this method is the young player  and their all–round experience on the court under demanding training conditions.

“We have been working on this project for few years now. We wanted to create the proper atmosphere, so that our coaches could teach modern methods of working with kids, in accordance with the kids` desire to learn, develop and reach their potential.” – says Magdalena Maleeva, moving force behind the project.

The Academy is based on the premises of Maleeva Tennis Club.  The players can give their best under perfect conditions.

There is great interest for the new project and the Academy will open with 20 players. Each player gets their personal program developed by coaches and parents, in accordance with every player`s needs.

The ratio is 4/1, minimum 6 hours of tennis and 2 hours of physical conditioning per week. The program includes off–court team events, sharing experience with guest players and other clubs, weeks of famous coaches` guest appearance and ex–players mentoring.

To enroll you need to get in touch with anyone of the Academy`s coaches or Maggie Maleeva academy@maleevaclub.com. An appointment will be scheduled so that the needs of the players could be discussed. The individual program could be paid for on a weekly or monthly basis.
